we ship our packages in Netherlands with PostNL / My Parcel plus track & trace. Your order will be offered twice by PostNL. When they manage not to get your order to you or your neighbors, then the packet is automatically brought for three weeks the nearest PostNL service point. Of course, you will receive a message, so you can pick up your package at the time you arranges.
We ship your packages to Belgium and Germany also through PostNL/My Parcel plus track & trace. In this case, the package also offered twice. Unable to deliver the order with you then the package is delivered to a nearest service point.
To the other European countries we send our packages also through PostNL/My Parcel plus track & trace.
Delivery orders will be as soon as possible after receipt of payment pending. In most cases, the order will be delivered within three working days within Netherlands and Belgium orders for the other European countries are delivered within 14 to 21 working days. If your order is sent, you will receive an email with a confirmation of shipment. However, we cannot guarantee exact date or time at which a packet is being delivered. It is possible that your ordered product is no longer in stock. If this is the case, we inform you about this and let you know what the possibilities are.
Delivery to a different address?

You pay € 0.25 per transaction and 1.8%
You will pay € 0.25 and 2.8% per transaction

Costs for returns are for your own account!
While we agree that nothing is universal and we may not satisfy everyone, we strongly suggest giving Bandelettes a try – you may be surprised by the results! Bandelettes may not work for all due to different body types, thigh shapes or even personal preferences, but do fit most.
